The police can use answers to as many of these questions as possible. Please remember that wrong information is worse than no information at all. Answer only those questions that you are sure of:
1. How many suspects were there?
2. What did they look like (age, sex, etc.) ?
3. What did they do?
4. What did they say?
5. What did they take?
6. Which way did they go?
7. Did they have a car? (make/colour/number-even a part of this will help)
8. Were there any other witnesses? If so, provide their names and addresses
9. Is there any other information you feel is important?
Remember the incident report will assist
you in completing descriptions of persons and vehicles.
